This apprenticeship typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

In this heating and air conditioning apprenticeship, you provide key field support as you help complete our repair and maintenance services as well as installations. You work alongside our experienced techs, learning the ins and outs of the job and growing your skills. Every day is different as you clean, repair, and replace residential and commercial equipment for our clients. You assist our techs however possible, taking the time to familiarize yourself with equipment and proper procedures.

At the end of the day, you help clean up the work area and gather all the tools and materials. Whether you're speaking to a client or your coworkers, you always remain respectful and professional. You take pride in expanding your skills and helping us serve our community!

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installations
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and clean driving record

Active trade school enrollment or completion would be preferred but is not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this heating and air conditioning job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
