CIRI, based in Bridgeport, CT, is hiring two Case Managers for the TPS Services program to support individuals who have lost TPS. This is a temporary role through 6/30/27 with a potential extension, requiring travel within Connecticut and strong client-facing work.
You will assess needs, develop service plans, connect clients to healthcare, housing, education, and benefits, and provide ongoing advocacy and coordination with partners.
