Dieffenbauch & Hritz, LLC (D&H) is currently seeking an Environmental-Integrity Field Inspector to join our growing inspection team in Bridgeport, WV. The Environmental-Integrity Field Inspector will perform waterline inspections for client compliance for projects located in and around Doddridge County, WV. This individual will be trained and responsible for monitoring waterlines, mechanical assets and stormwater management. This position is primarily conducted in the field on project locations and requires reasonable fitness.

• Inspect wastewater collection and produced waterlines in the field.
• Perform visual inspections to detect faults, damage, corrosion or leaks in pipelines.
• Monitor site locations for standing and/or flooding rain water.
• Testing of water for chlorides and pH.
• ECM soil conductivity readings.
• Erosion and Sediment (E&S) control and BMP monitoring.
• Complete and submit pre/post inspection reports.
• Complete and submit daily inspection reports.
• Verify safety precautions have been met.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains and walk up to four miles per day.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and have a flexible schedule.
• PEC Safeland and CPR/First Aid trained preferred, but not required.
• Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Ability to pass the following:
  • Fit for Duty Test
  • Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings
  • Background check
