Our Team Members are the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. To be successful in this role, Team Members must be able to smile, maintain eye contact, and have a cheerful and positive attitude.

- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Must be at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
