Groundskeeper

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and outdoor spaces. • Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed-eating, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees and shrubs.
• Perform regular maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used in groundskeeping.
• Daily janitorial tasks such as mopping, bathroom cleaning, office cleaning, etc.
• Ensure that walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
• Remove litter and fallen leaves from the grounds.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute landscaping projects.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and practices at all times.

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license is required.
