The Bistro Server/Cook plays a vital dual role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by combining attentive service with quality food preparation. This position requires balancing front-of-house responsibilities, such as greeting guests and taking orders, with back-of-house duties including cooking and plating dishes to bistro standards. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, as a server or cook, preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Formal culinary training or certification.
• Experience working in a bistro or casual dining setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Greet guests promptly, providing answers to questions about menu items and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
