As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail store, gaining skills for a career in retail. This role is vital to our organization and can lead to future career opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cashiering and supporting sales on the floor.
• Processing and pricing donations, including clothing, linens, housewares, and other items.
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods.

External Hiring Range: $11.00/hour

Travel: None required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
