Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth within the heavy equipment rental and services industry by supporting the outside sales team. This position focuses on understanding client needs and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the sales process. The representative will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Ultimately, this role contributes to the company’s market presence and profitability by effectively managing the customer experience and adapting to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.

• High School Diploma and relevant education or experience
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced sales environment.

• Knowledge of the rental and leasing services industry trends and customer needs.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the rental and leasing services industry.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant higher education.
