Utility Infrastructure Improvement (UII) Field Data Technician

We are seeking a Field Technician for our Bridgeport, WV office. If you are a highly motivated team player with a can‑do attitude and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role may be for you.
Responsibilities- Work in all outdoor weather conditions (year‑round) and across residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
- Walk numerous miles a day, navigate on foot or in a vehicle, and lift and balance objects up to 20 lbs in congested or complex terrain.
- Communicate with property owners and internal/external stakeholders.
- Utilize technology tools for data collection and a telescopic fiberglass measurement stick to accurately measure clearances on utility poles.
- Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly reports.
- Travel locally, statewide or regionally as required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with Katapult Pro highly desired.
- Knowledge of pole design, NESC requirements and general safety practices is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of outdoor work‑related experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly.
