Do you enjoy working on vehicles, troubleshooting electrical problems, and figuring out how things work?

We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and remove vehicle-based electronic and alcohol-monitoring equipment. If you have experience with 12-volt automotive electronics such as remote starters, stereos, GPS systems, backup cameras, wiring, or similar equipment, your skills could be a great fit.

Training is provided, so don't let unfamiliarity with our specific equipment keep you from applying.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours (≤ 40 hours/week) and communicate effectively with management.
• Uphold confidentiality, data security, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• At least one year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when required by location.
• Ability to meet applicable background-check and drug-screening requirements.
