The Member Service Representative role at Midwest Fitness Partners provides an opportunity to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front‑desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, and leading prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

• Preferred customer service background.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed member expectations.
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and problem‑solving ability.
• Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals during shift.
