We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to join our team. PCAs play a vital role in providing in-home care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. As a PCA, you will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, medication reminders, and companionship.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a balanced diet.
• Support clients in light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Assist with transportation for errands, appointments, and outings as needed.
• Document care activities, observations, and any changes in the client’s condition in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor, ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and update care plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or completion of a relevant training program.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
