St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is excited to announce a major growth opportunity at our newly acquired dealership! We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to help shape the next phase of our store’s success.

As part of a multi-store automotive group, our Sales Manager enjoys unmatched inventory flexibility and selling power
, including:

• Full access to new vehicle inventory from all 3 sister stores within the group, ensuring you always have the right vehicle to close the deal.

• 200+ pre-owned vehicles available at any time, giving you and your team a competitive edge in every customer interaction.

• A rapidly growing dealership with strong leadership support and the autonomy to build your team and processes.

• Lead, train, and develop the sales team to exceed monthly goals

• Manage showroom operations, customer experience, and deal flow

• Utilize group-wide inventory to maximize sales opportunities

• Work closely with the General Manager on strategy, performance, and forecasting

• Maintain a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance

• Proven success as an automotive Sales Manager or GSM

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Ability to motivate teams and build a winning sales culture

• Experience with modern CRM and desking tools
