St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is excited to announce a major growth opportunity at our newly acquired dealership! We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to help shape the next phase of our store’s success.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales team to exceed monthly goals

  • Manage showroom operations, customer experience, and deal flow

  • Utilize group-wide inventory to maximize sales opportunities

  • Work closely with the General Manager on strategy, performance, and forecasting

  • Maintain a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success as an automotive Sales Manager or GSM

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

  • Ability to motivate teams and build a winning sales culture

  • Experience with modern CRM and desking tools

  • A focus on guest satisfaction and long-term relationships
