In this role, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care with various departments.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).
- Additional certifications may be required based on unit needs (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
This position requires:
- The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Mobility to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
