Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking full‑time Field Service Technicians of various levels of experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing hand‑on technical support of DRS Land Systems products as part of the pre and post‑production life cycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembly and support of prototype products
• Troubleshoot and repair at customer sites in real‑time
• Provide testing support and correct deficiencies as required
• Assist during training events and coordinate field upgrades

This position is based out of Bridgeton, MO but requires 50‑75% travel to CONUS and OCONUS customer locations.

• Provide technical support through prototyping, testing, fielding, and follow‑on support stages of various programs
• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and modifications using hand tools and test equipment
• Demonstrate setup and adjustment of complex equipment for users or operators
• Complete written documentation and feedback for onsite service and installations
• Serve as customer contact with great customer service skills
• Deliver technical solutions with high professionalism and identify technical problems and solutions
• Provide formal or informal training of customer personnel
• Work independently at customer locations and adhere to on‑site scheduling requirements, including variable shifts and up to 12‑hour shifts while traveling to customer sites
• Support and reinforce the mission, values, and culture of the organization

• High school diploma or GED
• Relevant experience and knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
• Willingness to travel 50‑75% of the year to CONUS and OCONUS locations
• U.S. citizenship required; active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain within reasonable time
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a company‑sponsored credit card for business travel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of computer systems and configuration files is a plus
