Join our compassionate team as a Certified Nursing Assistant! We’re looking for a dedicated individual to provide vital support across inpatient and long-term care settings. Help ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients while assisting nursing staff with daily care tasks.

Your role will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements

• Previous experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
