We have an opening for an HR Manager based in our Bridgeton, New Jersey beverage manufacturing facility!
Our Bridgeton plant is a union facility comprised of approximately 120 team members and three production lines manufacturing plant-based products under the Silk and So Delicious brands.
- Support our manufacturing operations in Bridgeton, New Jersey.
- Build strategic organizational capability across the business.
- Collaborate with plant business leaders and HR COEs to support and lead site labor & employee relations, recruitment, talent management, culture, and the facilitation of various HR programs.
- Be the point-of-contact for all plant associates and leaders.
Reports into a Sr. HR Director with a strong dotted line to the Plant Director
Engagement in our Integrated Work SystemsEnsure adherence to plant standards and procedures (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, FDA, IWS, Quality, Safety, Finance, ISO, HOPE, Danone Behaviors, Daily Direction Setting, Driving OE). As a fundamental piece of the organization, your responsibility is to participate and own the implementation and deployment of IWS system and its pillars (Leadership foundation, Daily Direction Setting, Driving OE;
Autonomous Maintenance; planned Maintenance;
Focused Improvement;
Education and Training; Environmental, Health and Safety; Quality; Organization; Supply Network; Early Equipment Management) with the objective of owning your space, owning your performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Mobilization, Nature) and owning your continuous improvement.

About YouEducation and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field, required. A master’s degree and/or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience supporting diverse client groups, and at least 5 years within a manufacturing / industrial / supply chain environment, required.
- At least 3 years (preferred 5+) union/labor relations experience within a manufacturing / industrial / supply chain environment, required.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), required. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
- You possess broad HR knowledge with a working knowledge and understanding of HR principles, policies, processes, and technology, required.
- You have experience successfully leading, coaching, developing, and building a high-performing HR team of direct reports, required.
- You have experience with managing medical leaves, interactive process meetings and return to work programs.

- You possess professional agility, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and adaptability in a fast-changing business environment, required.
