Security & Operations Supervisor

A correctional facility management company is seeking a full-time supervisor for Monitors responsible for ensuring safety and security of residents. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, First Aid and CPR certifications, and must effectively communicate and resolve issues. Responsibilities include staff training, work schedule implementation, and compliance inspections. Candidates should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), with an associate's degree preferred.
