Locum Tenens Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care

Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302.

Shift: 8-hour night shifts (11:00 pm – 7:30 am); part-time with every other weekend and rotating Monday & Friday.

Assignment duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/13/2025 – End: 1/10/2026).

Estimated weekly pay: $1,510 – $1,620. Hours per week: 40.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of New Jersey
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related clinical settings
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and rotating weekdays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, supportive environment
• Respond promptly to urgent care needs and assist with vaccine administration as required
