Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

ALAY Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse!

We need Caregivers who are enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated and passionate about caring for others!

Pay Rate: $35 per hour

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
• Communicates with patients and their families.
• Knows how to administer a G tube medication and nutrition.
• Provides wound care.
• Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
• Assists with patient comfort.

• High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• NJ LPN License

• Criminal Background Check - Fingerprints
• Drug screening
• College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications

• Vehicle for Community Transport
• 1 year Personal Care Experience
• 1 year Clinical Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
