We are hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. The role involves leading the team, tackling problems, seeking help when appropriate, and mentoring staff. Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this position.

• Lead shift operations to deliver high-quality food and service while maintaining safety and brand standards.
• Establish and motivate a cohesive team; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Identify and address issues, seeking assistance when needed, and provide mentorship to team members.

• Prior restaurant experience (preferred)

Wendy’s Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
