As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and  for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

• Hourly range: $16.00 - $20.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $1.50 shift differential applies for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
