The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling these requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Accurately complete planograms, resets, store measurements, cycle counts, and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills with an ethical approach to resolving issues.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision needed.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts vary but typically no less than 4 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company guidelines.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally; stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment; read, write, and count accurately.
• Handle birds/poultry; complete training; operate store tools and equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; drive; move merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store activities.
