• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on facility wiring, conduit, electrical components, and electronic control systems.

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled machinery across the facility.

• Install, bend, thread, and run EMT and rigid conduit (½" to 2"), including kicks, saddles, offsets, and 90s.

• Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and control systems.

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using voltmeters, ohmmeters, megohmmeters, and other testing equipment.

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings.

• Work with AC and DC motor controls, variable frequency drives, pneumatics, and hydraulic control systems.

• Complete work independently and professionally, ensuring accuracy in work orders, logs, and documentation.

• Maintain strong attention to quality, safety, and environmental compliance in all daily tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the State of New Jersey (must hold active license).

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.

• Proficient with computers, including Word, Excel, and email.

• Understanding of PLC-controlled production lines and related systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
