Location: Town of Bridgewater
Ensure a safe and clean environment as the Facility Operations Supervisor for Life Time. Oversee building upkeep and safety checks while adapting to the needs of the club.
Life Time seeks a dedicated Facility Operations Supervisor to maintain facility cleanliness and safety. This role requires performing general repairs, routine maintenance, and participating in safety inspections as necessary. You'll work opposite the Facility Operations Manager and may act as Manager on Duty when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in and around the facility
• Conduct safety checks and necessary repairs
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Participate in safety training and inspections
• Adapt to meet shifting operational needs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work on varying schedules
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
Lead facility operations and ensure safety standards at Life Time as a crucial supervisory team member.
