Key Responsibilities:
• Direct branch operations and performance standards
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators
• Mentor branch leadership for consistency and growth
• Collaborate with Sales for market growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• 7+ years in construction, restoration, or operations
• Leadership experience of at least 4 years
• Budget management and financial analysis skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields
