As a Custom Applicator Trainee, you'll engage in vital agricultural operations at CHS, the largest cooperative in the U.S. You'll learn essential skills in general labor, inventory management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general labor tasks efficiently
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading
• Load and unload agricultural inputs safely
• Monitor inventory quality and control loading functions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
• Must meet minimum age requirements
• 1+ years in Operations or Business Operations
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• CDL license is a plus
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work under various conditions
