STELIA, a part of the Airbus Group, is dedicated to aerospace and defense manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing non-conforming parts, determining appropriate actions, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Your analytical skills and ability to work in a team will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate non-conformance from production

• Identify rework options based on customer requirements

• Recommend material disposition and repair strategies

• Collaborate with diverse teams to tackle quality issues

• Support data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years in aerospace or manufacturing quality

• Preferred experience in a Material Review Board

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Good understanding of aerospace materials and processes
