This role as a Mentor Supervisor within the Alternative Placement for Youth Program allows you to facilitate personal growth and life skills in young adults. With a focus on individualized strategies, you will address varied participant needs and aid their transition into adulthood. Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to strategize individual plans for development

• Provide transportation assistance as needed

• Conduct engaging skill-building activities and mentoring sessions

• Document participant progress in EMR system

• Attend supervision meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with youth

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Clean driving record required

• Must be at least 21 years old
