In this position, you'll prepare thorough construction estimates and proposals that align with Thorpe’s objectives. Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders is essential. Your expertise in assessing project scope and costs will lead to informed bidding and pricing decisions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend on-site pre-bid meetings for accurate measurements

• Request comprehensive pricing from subcontractors and vendors

• Identify risks and opportunities in estimates

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants

• Participate in industry functions and courses for professional growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in ICI roofing estimating

• Strong knowledge of flat roofing and cladding systems

• Self-starter with a proactive approach

• Valid driver’s license for site visits
