Bridgewater Richmond Dentist is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead our friendly, patient-focused team.

This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an organized, confident leader with a proven track record in a dental office.

Bridgewater Richmond Dentist is a modern clinic that features advanced technology providing general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry to patients in a comfortable and supportive environment.

About the Role

As our Dental Office Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will lead our front desk and clinical support teams, ensure daily workflows run efficiently, and help create an exceptional experience for our patients. If you’re a natural problem-solver who enjoys motivating others and fostering a positive, organized workplace, we’d love to have you on our team!

Compensation

$77,000.00 - $87,500.00 annual salary based on candidate experience

What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • The ability to oversee daily clinic operations
    , ensuring an efficient and well-organized workflow
  • A motivational leader who can train, support, and inspire front desk and clinical staff
  • Strong organizational skills
    , attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with dentists and hygienists to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Tracker software is a plus to manage scheduling, patient records, and billing
