The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice providing comprehensive care in general dentistry, orthodontics, and prosthodontics. • 40 hours per week
• 5 days of the week

• 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an assist
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Chinese speaking is an asset
