As a Learning Engagement Consultant (LEC), you will guide clients in adopting the 360

Learning platform while crafting engaging and effective training experiences. Your responsibility includes utilizing a blended learning approach, ensuring clients maximize the platform's capabilities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to deliver tailored solutions and foster customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement collaborative learning strategies for clients

• Design and execute training workshops and e-learning seminars

• Build custom educational materials aligned with client needs

• Engage with Product Managers for feature discussions

• Monitor and assess training effectiveness for clients

Requirements:

• Strong background in education or training curriculum design

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a results-driven culture

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
