NSCC is seeking a Faculty member for the Electrical Construction and Industrial program. This continuing full-time position demands extensive experience in teaching adult learners and delivering effective educational experiences. You will engage in instruction, curriculum development, and ensure industry-relevant practices are upheld in a variety of learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on instruction in Electrical Construction

• Collaborate on curriculum design and student assessment

• Uphold health and safety standards in labs and classrooms

• Integrate technology in teaching practices for optimal engagement

• Engage with industry professionals to enhance program relevance

Requirements:

• Current Inter-provincial Journeyperson status in related trade

• Five years of recent occupational experience in the field

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Brightspace

• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success

• Willingness to adopt online and blended learning approaches
