You will play a pivotal role in creating a structured learning environment. Arriving early, you'll assist with student preparation and follow up on homework. Your responsibilities will extend to marking assignments and directly supporting students needing additional guidance, reinforcing a collaborative classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for class 15 minutes in advance

• Maintain organized class notes for students

• Inform parents about student attendance issues

• Mark tests and assess homework efficiently

• Provide individualized support to weaker students

Requirements:

• Experience with school-aged children preferred

• Strong organizational skills for managing class tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
