Position: Opal Autism Centers Registered Behavior Technician
Become a Registered Behavior Technician at Opal Autism Centers in Charlotte, North Carolina. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy and supporting families in therapeutic settings.

As part of our team, you will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a BCBA, collecting data and promoting learning through engaging activities. Communication with families is essential for fostering involvement and understanding of their child's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans from a BCBA

• Collect data related to client behaviors

• Engage clients through development-focused activities

• Communicate with families about progress and strategies

• Attend training and contribute to team discussions

Requirements:

• RBT certification or completion of relevant RBT training

• Minimum of 1 year experience with children or disabilities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must acquire CPR certification

• Flexible and adaptable to various needs
