Position: Experienced Security Engineer at Chainguard
Lead security initiatives at Chainguard as an Experienced Security Engineer. This role combines technical expertise and leadership to enhance software delivery security.

As a key individual contributor, you will design secure pipelines, implement controls for the software supply chain, and conduct thorough security architecture reviews. Your familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS will be vital in minimizing our attack surface and reinforcing security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage secure CI/CD pipelines

• Capture risk exposures systematically for products

• Implement software supply chain security controls successfully

• Review security architecture for Kubernetes workloads

• Drive adoption of security best practices proactively

Requirements:

• 7+ years in engineering related to security

• Proficiency in programming with Go or Python

• In-depth experience with Kubernetes in production

• Hands-on expertise in GCP and AWS security

• Proven ability in designing secure CI/CD pipelines
