Full Stack Engineer

Cybrid is a Series A fintech startup building the next generation of crypto-powered global payments infrastructure. Our platform enables fintechs, banks, and enterprises to launchcompliant, scalable, and global payment solutions with one API. We bridge the gap between traditional financial rails and blockchain-native payments, helping partners launch faster, bank faster, and pay faster using stable coins and Bitcoin.

With deep expertise across crypto, security, banking, and payments, our team has scaled fintech platforms before and now we’re taking the Cybrid platform worldwide.

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for aFull Stack Engineerto join our growing engineering team. This is a chance to build on cutting-edge infrastructure, solve complex technical challenges, and shape the future of global payments.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to Cybrid’s platform, and help scale our mission to power the next generation of fintech.

• Contribute to Rails, Django, and Angular codebases under senior mentorship.
• Implement well-defined features and bug fixes with proper testing.
• Participate in code reviews and learn financial software best practices.
• Support feature development in banking, trading, and customer management.
• Learn to collaborate with AI coding assistants for code generation and exploration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of full-stack development with multiple programming languages.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Postgre
  
  SQL, and web frameworks.
• Experience with testing frameworks, Git workflows, and production support.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and authentication/authorization patterns.
• Comfort using AI tools for code generation, testing, and documentation

Nice to Have:

• Fintech, banking, or financial services experience.
• Familiarity with orchestration systems or compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, or financial reporting.
• Experience with performance optimization and AI-assisted debugging.
