We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to support payroll, invoicing, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Verify financial and payroll-related data for accuracy.
- Enter and process payroll in Paychex / ADP.
- Collect employee timesheets and prepare client invoices.
- Handle state compliance activities, including UID filings.
- Maintain and update records using Quick Books.
- Support routine accounting and verification tasks.
- Use Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books (mandatory).
- Experience with Paychex and/or ADP payroll systems.
- Understanding of state compliance / UID.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Consulting firm.
