Senior Business Analyst- Sr. Business Analyst- Commercial Banking; Cash Mgt

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 12-15 years of experience with Information Technology.

• Minimum 12-15+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in commercial Banking / Digital applications.
• Experience in contacting existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on the business cash conversion cycle, working capital management, and internal processes to develop Payment business.
• Conducting data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews to assess data requirements for Commercial Treasury & Digital platform.
• Managing relationships with existing clients alongside Business Banking Relationship Managers to ensure proper servicing and account structuring, and to expand business.
• Providing consultative and insightful feedback to clients.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives, and providing expert guidance on Treasury and Cash Management best practices, specifically within the commercial treasury suite of applications.
• Providing expert advice on treasury management processes, cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and investment management, utilizing the capabilities across various subdomains of cash management including Receivables, Payables, Liquidity management, etc.
• Conducting receivables and payables business operating cycle analyses for identified client and prospective client relationships.
• Strong understanding of online banking, online account opening, open banking architecture, and reusable APIs used across digital channels.
• Understanding technical mapping elements, request and response mapping.
• Highly articulate communication skills, capable of engaging at leadership levels.
• Good understanding of business processes and effective use of design principles and automation to optimize processes.
• Aligning with product managers to articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP based on prioritization techniques.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision, troubleshoot complex problems, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Partnering with solution architects and technical leads to ensure solutions address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity.
• At least 8 years of experience in requirements gathering, documenting, and mapping current business processes related to internal/external consulting.
• Experience and willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per job needs.
