Role OverviewAs an Associate Client Partner, you will collaborate with client team members within the assigned account scope with a focus on retail accounts related technologies and solutions. You will work with Practice Leadership to build an account plan and lead all aspects of client management based on the account plan.
Responsibilities- Lead client relationships and business development, building a portfolio up to $10M and managing the opportunity cycle:
Prospect – Evaluate – Propose – Close. - Ensure client delivery assurance by collaborating with all delivery team members to fulfill commitments.
- Develop account plans and governance, including relationships, opportunities, price decisions, and other strategic elements.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution—or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
- Five or more years of validated experience in sales, relationship management, and account management.
- Experience in business development and project management.
- Experience in the Consumer/Retail/CPG industry domain.
- Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Based in the NJ or NY area and able to travel as required.
- Experience with the Consumer industry domain, retail, and CPG.
- Good understanding of retail‑industry specific business issues and drivers.
- Global Delivery Model experience.
- Experience handling large multi‑location consulting engagement teams.
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
- Customer‑facing experience and managed client relationships.
