Business & Customer Operations Associate

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Lupin is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business & Customer Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer operations, order management, compliance activities, business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support departmental projects, reporting, and operational initiatives
• Analyze and report on key business and customer service metrics
• Manage customer order fulfillment activities and related processes
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners regarding shipments, deliveries, and issue resolution
• Assist with product allocation, inventory management, and back-order management
• Support controlled substance compliance requirements and departmental procedures
• Contribute to SOP development and process improvement initiatives
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000
. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education and business needs.
