Construction Estimator (90K – year) – Permanent Job
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities- Analyzing architectural drawings and specifications
- Determining the appropriate material and labor costs
- Estimating and processing order changes
- Meeting with general contractors and architects
- Generating new business
- Maintain customer accounts
- Assist with monthly billing as needed
- Previous experience with estimating miscellaneous metal and light structural steel
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Monday through Friday - first shift – some flexibility
SalaryUp to $90K a year based on experience
