Responsibleforcleaningandpreparingconstructionsites.
Unloadsandloadsmaterials,readsplansandspecifications,tends machines,sitedemolitionandpropertymanagement(Landscaping).
- Operateavarietyofhandandpowertools,including drills,forklifts,skidloadersandothertoolsasdirectedbymanagement.
- Cleanandprepareconstructionsitesasneeded,includingerectingscaffolding,removingandproperlydisposingofdebrisandwastematerials,anddiggingtrenches.
- Shovelmaterialstoandfromconstructionareas,includingasphaltanddirt.
- Followallsafetyproceduresonthejobsiteandreportviolationsimmediatelytomanagement.
- Maintainasafeandcleanjobsitebyhandlingmaterialsandstoringthemproperly,pickingupandremovingalltoolsandequipmentwhennotinuse,andsecuringthejobsiteonadailybasis.
- Loadandunloadconstructionsuppliesfromtrucksbothmanuallyandwiththeuseofequipment.
- Landscapingandpropertymanagementexperienceaplus.
- Reportincidentsimmediatelytosafetydirector,foremanorHRinaccordancewithincidentreportingproceduresestablishedbythecompany.
- Traveloutoftowntoworkonremotejobsitesasdirectedbymanagement.

- Excellent stamina
Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjob,theemployeeisregularlyrequiredtositforlongperiodsoftime;talkorhear;performfinemotor,hand,andfingerskillsintheuseofakeyboard,telephone,orwriting.
Theemployeeisfrequentlyrequiredtostand;walk;andreachwitharmsand/orhands.
Specificvisionabilitiesincludeclosevision,distance vision,depth perception,andtheabilitytoadjustfocus.
Theemployeewillspendtheirtimeinanofficeenvironmentwithaquiettomoderatenoiselevel.
