Client Overview Our client is a global organization recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. They are looking to add a French Customer Service Representative to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate $20/hr
Position Overview The French Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support in French and English for fashion‑related inquiries. They will address customer needs, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive brand experience. The French Customer Service Representative will maintain accurate records and uphold company standards for service excellence.
Responsibilities Of The French Customer Service Representative- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
- Provide information about products, services, and order status.
- Handle and resolve general complaints and billing issues.
- Record details of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Ensure appropriate changes are made to resolve problems.
- Recommend improvements in service and processes.
- Support sales of new or additional products and services.
- Prepare change of address records.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with CRM and customer support software.
- Background in the Fashion industry.
- Familiarity with fashion products and terminology.
- Experience handling international customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
