Eyes On Eyecare is hiring an Independent Doctor of Optometry to serve as an Associate Optometrist within a Lens Crafters Sub‑leasing practice in Bridgewater, NJ. The role is a part‑time position supporting a high‑volume, customer‑focused optometry clinic.

• Provide comprehensive optometric care and services to patients in a private practice setting.
• Maintain patient records and care plans using Lens Crafters’ electronic health record system.
• Perform eye examinations, prescribe lenses, and manage treatment plans for vision disorders.
• Collaborate with the Sub‑leasing Doctor to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
• Participate in clinic meetings and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid optometry license in New Jersey and all relevant certifications.
• Experience in a private or retail optometry practice preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to high‑quality patient service and professional autonomy.
