As an HVAC Technician Instructor at Lincoln Tech, you will educate and mentor aspiring professionals in our well-equipped facility. • Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum
• Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Deliver lesson plans aligned with industry standards
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
• High school diploma/GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students
• Passion for teaching and mentoring

• 4-day work week with three-day weekends every week
