Position DescriptionThe Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center (MARC) is a small but busy office that provides research-based programs and services to K-12 schools. Be an important part of helping schools provide social and emotional learning to their students! This is a great opportunity for those destined for careers in Education and allied fields, though anyone may apply.
The MARC Office Assistant will work roughly 4-10 hours a week on Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday between 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Responsibilities- processing service requests from K-12 schools
- answering emails and routine questions
- completing assigned projects using both Microsoft and Google Suites.
- occasionally assisting in the preparation of conference materials, setting up displays, moving boxes and completing errands around campus
- Confident and comfortable with communicating through email.
- Independent thinking and open to learning.
Moving up to 20lb boxes on occasion
