Part-time, non-benefited, day program faculty positions in the Management and Marketing Department. Salary: $4,005 per 3-credit lecture course, bi-weekly payroll. Rates may vary for other course types.

The Department of Management and Marketing’s mission is to educate students for successful careers in business and management through high-quality education. Successful candidates will be staff members who can work with their colleagues to help meet the department’s mission in serving and supporting our racially and ethnically diverse campus community. The department offers undergraduate students a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management with concentrations in General Management, Global Management, Information Systems Management, Human Resources Management, and Operations Management.

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Related professional work experience.
• Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development; and provide service to students, the college, and community.

• College-level teaching experience.
• Experience working with diverse student populations, engaging in and developing innovative teaching strategies; effectively assess student learning outcomes.

• Teach MGMT 130 - Principles of Management.
• Teach MGMT 140 - Human Resources Management.
• May be asked to teach both management and marketing courses.

• A minimum of three (3) professional reference entries on the application form.
