Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from ideation to completion, ensuring objectives are met within stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing potential delays promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project engineering role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proven expertise in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles related to project management.
- Proficient in creating and managing project schedules.
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
