Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

This role is ideal for an engineer with hands‑on experience in construction, utilities, or field operations who is ready to take ownership of technical project execution and cross‑functional project support.

• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from ideation to completion, ensuring objectives are met within stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing potential delays promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuously monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project engineering role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Proven expertise in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles related to project management.
• Proficient in creating and managing project schedules.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
